    Terms of Service

    Last updated: May 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RevMore ("RevMore", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    1. The Service

RevMore is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses manage online reputation workflows, including review collection, customer feedback, AI-assisted review replies, analytics, and related communication tools.

RevMore provides software tools only. You remain solely responsible for the businesses you manage, the communications you send, the content you publish, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, review volume, rating increase, ranking improvement, customer acquisition result, or revenue impact.

    2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into contracts, provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your credentials, and use the service only for businesses you are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for RevMore, its users, or third-party platforms.

    3. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • send spam or unauthorized communications,
    • upload customer data without a lawful basis,
    • misuse integrations or APIs,
    • attempt to reverse engineer the platform,
    • resell or sublicense the service without permission,
    • interfere with the integrity or security of the service,
    • use automated methods to abuse platform limits,
    • use the service in violation of Google Business Profile policies or other third-party platform policies.

You may not use RevMore to selectively solicit reviews only from customers likely to leave positive feedback where prohibited by applicable platform rules or law. We reserve the right to investigate misuse and suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

    4. Customer Data and Privacy

When you upload customer information or contact data to RevMore, you represent and warrant that you have a valid lawful basis to collect, process, and share that data.

You remain the data controller for customer data submitted to the platform. RevMore acts as a data processor solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for obtaining required consents, providing required notices, and complying with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, ePrivacy rules, and other applicable privacy or communications laws. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum form part of these Terms.

    5. AI-Generated Content

RevMore may provide AI-generated suggestions, summaries, replies, or other automated outputs.

AI-generated content is provided for assistance purposes only. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, and publishing any content generated through the platform.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.

    6. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

RevMore depends on third-party providers and platforms including, but not limited to: Google Business Profile, Google APIs, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Meta, and email and SMS delivery providers.

We are not responsible for outages, API limitations, policy changes, suspensions, account restrictions, data availability issues, or functionality changes caused by third-party services. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

    7. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. Any refunds, credits, or exceptions are granted solely at our discretion.

We may change pricing, packaging, plan limits, or features in the future. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Payments are processed through Stripe and affiliated payment entities authorized by RevMore.

    8. Intellectual Property

The RevMore platform, software, branding, visual assets, workflows, and related intellectual property are owned by RevMore and protected by applicable laws.

You retain ownership of the content, reviews, replies, and data you submit to the platform. You grant RevMore a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

    9. Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, error-free operation, delivery rates, review platform compatibility, or continuous access to any feature or integration. Features may change, be modified, or discontinued at any time.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevMore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

    • merchantability,
    • fitness for a particular purpose,
    • non-infringement,
    • availability,
    • accuracy,
    • reliability.

You use the service at your own risk.

    11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevMore and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, customers, reputation, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to RevMore during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

    12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RevMore and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

    • your use of the service,
    • your violation of these Terms,
    • your violation of third-party rights,
    • your communications with customers,
    • your misuse of review or messaging features.

    13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, your use creates legal or reputational risk, or your activities may harm RevMore, users, or third-party platforms.

Following termination, certain data may remain in backups for a limited period before permanent deletion.

    14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email, in-app notification, or through the website prior to taking effect.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States.
